Itinerary
Full day exploration to Hoi An ancient Town, Japanese covered-bridge, Chinese Conference Hall, Phung Hung ancient House, markets and cloth shops and take the bike ride to a crafts-person’s home in the old streets. Have a brief introduction about Hoi An lantern and learn how to make a lantern step by step. Try making your own lantern and keep it as a good memento of your trip to Hoi An. Then, visit Tra Que – Vegetable Garden, learning how the local farmers raise and prepare vegetables and visit a local home for a cooking practice, learning how to cook and prepare some Hoi An specialties such as, Banh Xeo (country rice pancake folded in half and filled with a shrimp, meat and soya bean sprouts), Cao Lau (special noodle soup) etc. Lunch included.
