GEOGRAPHY
Located in the South Central Coast of Vietnam and about 35 kms from Cam Ranh International Airport, 440 kms from Ho Chi Minh City and about 1300 kms from Hanoi. Bordering with Ninh Hoa District to the North, Cam Ranh City to the South, Dien Khanh District to the West and East Sea to the East. The City is surrounded by mountains on three sides and some islands in the east sea.
WEATHER AND CLIMATE
Nha Trang has two main seasons during the year: rainy and dry seasons.
The rainy season lasts from late September to December with heavy rains, the average precipitation is from 160mm to 400mm per month. The average temperature is about 28°C and the highest temperature is about 35°C
The dry season lasts from January to September with the average precipitation is from 15mm to 60 mm per month. The average temperature is from 26°C to 33°C and the highest temperature is about 39,5°C in Jun, July and August.
TRANSPORTATION
By Air: Cam Ranh international Airport is about 35 kms from Nha Trang City. There are about dozens of flights a day from other cities in Vietnam to this airport and flights from South East Asia Countries, Charter flights from Russia and China
By Train: The Union Train from Hanoi to Ho Chi Minh City and vise versa with a stops in Nha Trang Station. There are also slow train and 5 star train from Ho Chi Minh City Station to Nha Trang everyday.
By Road: The highway No.1 goes along Vietnam and through Nha Trang City, It's very easy for you to catch a bus from any city to Nha Trang
